Shipping from UK to USA.

I don't expect shipping from UK to USA for purchases under $800 to incur import costs.

According to my research, shipments valued at $800 or less are exempt from:

• U.S. customs duties.

• Import taxes (including VAT-like taxes).

• Additional processing fees.

If you are in any doubt about this, please contact me or check your local import rules.

Returns and Refunds
- I offer refunds for all purchases, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.  
- Unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, the return postage cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Use the contact form below initially and I will supply an email address to send the photos. I will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs.  

Processing Time
- Once I receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and refund processing. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
